In theory we would just run a MSM in a state (might use minus moves), do a discretization in order parameter space and define interfaces using voronoi cells. This tool would just return a list of Interfaces that we can use in the TISTransition and run a simulation. After collecting more data we can estimate better interfaces. Or the MSM returns that a new state is found and we will add it and restart.
That should work for starters.
