RETIS evaluation fails with the new storage files #1168

Description

@gyorgy-hantal

Dear OPS community,

I have recently run a bunch of RETIS calculations that I need to evaluate. I have done this before, but that was with the old NETCDF database files.

My analysis fails already at the calculation of the flux: Instead of retrieving the stored values of the order parameter in the .db file, OPS recomputes them on the stored snapshots one-by-one. After some time however, the process slows down unbearably without giving any results.

My questions is: Did the way RETIS should be done change? Does the analysis work seamlessly to anyone else?
I am happy to provide more information and parts of the script.

Thanks in advance!
György
