[Enhancement] Health Check for Feilong Configuration #890
Description
Summary
Add a health check function that allows customers to verify whether the Feilong (zVM Cloud Connector) configuration is properly set up and operational. This diagnostic tool will help customers quickly identify configuration errors and ensure that zvmsdk is workable.

- Configuration Validation Module
- Validate punch device configuration and availability
- Verify reader device configuration and status
- Check OPTION LNKNOPAS and IUCV ANY settings
- Service Status Monitoring
- Monitor sdkserver service status and health
- Check zvmsdk-uwsgi service operational state
- Verify httpd service configuration and status
- System Settings Verification
- Validate httpd timeout configuration
- Check SSL/TLS configuration if applicable
- Verify authentication and authorization settings
- Diagnostic Command Interface
- Implement CLI command for configuration check
- Provide REST API endpoint for health status
- Generate detailed diagnostic report with recommendations
