python3: ptest: skip flaky test_attach_to_process_without_colors
The test_attach_to_process_without_colors test in test_remote_pdb is timing sensitive and fails intermittently on loaded autobuilder hosts. The target process spins in a short bounded loop waiting for the debugger to inject a new value, and under QEMU emulation with host load pdb does not attach in time, so the function returns its original value and the test fails.
