python3: ptest: skip flaky test_attach_to_process_with_colors
The test_attach_to_process_with_colors test in test_remote_pdb is timing sensitive and fails intermittently on loaded autobuilder hosts. It attaches a debugger to a running process and expects specific output within tight time constraints that are not met under QEMU emulation with host load.
