Windows shell: WorkerW causes NVDA to say "pane" when pressing Windows+D or Windows+M under some circumstances #6671

I meant to bring this up a few years ago but couldn't determine the problem...

In some cases, when pressing Windows+M or Windows+D to go to Desktop, NVDA says, "pane". Turns out a focus event is fired by a window with the class name of "WorkerW".

As for fixing this, all the building blocks are present (thankfully, app module for explorer.exe contains gainFocus event handler).
