When activating Windows 8 Start Menu, focus ends up on Start Menu pane #2720

1. Press the Windows key.

• Expected: The last object focused should be the focused tile.
• Actual: The tile gets focus, but then the Start Menu pane gets focus.

This is caused by the menuOpened event on the Start Menu pane being mapped to gainFocus. I was hoping 58cf3c7 would fix this, but it doesn't.
