Braille back Translation rule working in Liblouis test harness, Narrator and Talkback, but not in NVDA #20671

Steps to reproduce

Connect RBD with NVDA.
Choose Hindi Grade 1 as input and output tables
open notepad
type braille dots 1245-1-35 on RBD 6 keys keyboard and go to new line

Actual behavior

Notepad screen shows गअ
braille display shows braille dots 1245-1-2356-35-2356
upon pressing space bar, last 3 characters vanish and dots 1245-1 remains.

Expected behavior

Using back translation rules of Liblouis table, Notepad screen should display गई. Whereas, it shows गअ
braille display should show 1245-1-35 using forward translation rule of the same liblouis table.
