A reverse situation of #17752:
In 64-bit NVDA, Win32 menu items for 32-bit apps where menu items do not have IAccessible name set is labeled incorrectly. This happens when display scaling is set to values above 100%.
Steps to reproduce
Prerequisite: a 32-bit app is installed, 64-bit NVDA:
- Set display scale to 100% (on Windows 11, this can be found in Settings/System/Display/dipslay scale).
- Run the 32-bit app. Observe that menus are read correctly.
- Change display scaling to above 100% (same location as step 1).
- Return to the 32-bit app and try reading menus.
Actual behavior
NVDA reports wrong label and locatoin is incorrect.
Expected behavior
NVDA reads 32-bit app menus correctly.
