This is happening even on the clean system installation, without any additional software
Steps to reproduce:
It is hard to reproduce, but i am sure most of us are suffering from this.
When debugging nvda or addons, and we restart nvda, at some point windowsexplorer will crash, task switcher hangs for about 5-10 seconds, explorer restarts and nvda says "Desktop 1"
Actual behavior:
Explorer is crashing on NVDA unload
Expected behavior:
No explorer crash should appear
NVDA logs, crash dumps and other attachments:
Unfortunately it is hard to reproduce this reliably, because of this, no logs.
