Pressing space key with modifiers is not reported as a command #1424

Str:

1. Enable speaking of command keys.
2. Press control+space, then alt+space.
3. Expected: Both should be reported as command keys.
4. Actual: Neither are reported as command keys.

Regression from 2010.2.
