NVDA+F9 marked review cursor text start position to not be lost on object change. #13864

After I've marked the start of text in Notepad or other text editors by nvda +f9, I may want to use Ctrl+f or Ctrl+G to find or locate another location where the text end position.
At this point I press NVDA+F10 NVDA reports "No start marker set"

This hint means that the marked start of text is missing and I would like to keep it, allowing me to use find or locate functions to find where the text end position.
