I've been trying to use jnaerator to create a Java interface for some functionality in dlib (http://dlib.net/). The command I've been trying is:
java -Xmx1g -jar jnaerator-0.12-shaded.jar -o . -v -library libdlib image_processing/correlation_tracker.h -runtime BridJ -mode StandaloneJar
However, this results in the following:

The CPU usage on the development box spikes to 100% and stays there while this is going on. I've let it go for about 30 min, but there isn't any end in sight.
I also tried adding -parseChunks, but jnaerator tries to treat it like a file:
#

# Please use -h for help on the command-line options available.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
