Failures.md writes wrong email #24

Description

@ben-schwen

Thanks for this package.

As far as I can tell from a single run, you always write the email of maintainer of the package you check instead of the revdev package.

(Just spotted this because the email of all revdep maintainers was the same in failures.md)

    Good catch! This might be caused by the default timeout being too restrictive (10 minutes) when compiling dependencies from source: #16

    I increased the timeout in #25 to 12 hours and just released v0.4.0 to crates.io. Please try it out.

    Will also consult some R developers to see what an ideal timeout should be, tracked by #29.

    @ben-schwen After 17 releases, now it should give reliable results. I wrote a new post on doing "revdep check speedruns", using data.table as example: https://nanx.me/blog/post/revdep-speedrun/

    With revdeprun 2.1.0, reverse dependency checking data.table now only takes 2 hours 44 minutes on a 256-core cloud instance: https://nanx.me/blog/post/revdeprun-2-1-0/
