Add Apple CD-ROM extension to System 6 and 7 disk images
Was not required for Basilisk II or Mini vMac, but Snow is a more accurate
emulator and thus actually needs it.
This is the 5.3.3 version from the Mac OS 7.6.1 update.
Also adds Desktop Mgr 2.0.1 (from https://macintoshgarden.org/apps/desktop-mgr-201)
to the System 6 images so that they don't balk about the read-only
filesystem when trying to create an old-style desktop file. This required
adding a separate image for rebuilding the System 6-style desktop
database.
