"Set file modification date/time of output files to:" not respected in lossy mode #3067

The fewer issues I have to read, the more new features I will have time to implement, so I ask that you please try these things first

• Try with the newest version from GitHub (also it might have already been fixed in latest nightly build)

• Search for your problem under Issues or Discussions
• This problem happens with all kinds of files that I try. For problem only with a particular file or type, use this other form instead

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch app with --lossy-mode "{ videoEncoder: 'libx264' }" (per comment Implement lossy operations #372 (comment))
2. Open a video file named example_file.mp4 with a timestamp older than now;
3. cut it up into a couple of segments
4. Click "Export+merge", accept the defaults, and "Export+merge" again

Expected behavior

Expected example_file-merged.mp4 to have the same timestamp as example_file.mp4

Actual behavior

example_file-merged.mp4 is the timestamp from "now" (usually the same time as example_file-proj.llc)
