    …keeps an installation for any build with the same key, and reads the project's compiler choice by the argument's name

- Ninja is the default generator wherever the toolset is resolved, a Visual
  Studio instance's cl.exe included (named, with the engine's environment);
  `generator = visual_studio` keeps 0.17.0's Visual Studio generator for a
  subproject that needs MSBuild.
- An installation is kept outside the package (`options::cache`,
  `MCPP_DEPS_CMAKE_CACHE`, the user's cache directory) under a key with no
  path of the machine: the plugins' version, the configure arguments with
  placeholders, the toolset identity, CMake's version, the environment CMake
  reads flags from, the SHA-256 of every source file. A build without target/,
  another checkout or a CI runner copies it instead of compiling. Only
  identity-stated compilers are keyed; an installation whose text files name
  its own directories is not kept; the plan is unchanged, so a missing or
  broken cache leaves the 0.17.0 behaviour.
- `chooses_compiler` / `chooses_generator` match the variable's name:
  CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER_LAUNCHER, CMAKE_C_COMPILER_TARGET and
  CMAKE_GENERATOR_PLATFORM no longer switch the resolved toolset off.
- Tests: 7 plugin-logic cases; `cmake-cache` criteria (taken, moved checkout,
  edit, CFLAGS, off, not relocatable) on Linux clang, macOS, Windows with
  Visual Studio and the managed toolset.
