This software and associated documentation files (the "Software") are the

proprietary property of Mazer Dev. The Software is licensed, not sold.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Upon purchase of a valid license, the licensee is granted a non-exclusive,

non-transferable right to:

a. Install and use the Software in projects owned or operated by the licensee.

b. Modify the Software for the licensee's own use within licensed projects.

2. RESTRICTIONS

The licensee SHALL NOT:

a. Redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software

or any portion thereof to any third party.

b. Share, publish, or make available the source code or compiled versions

of the Software in any public or private repository, package registry,

or distribution channel.

c. Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks in the Software.

d. Use the Software in projects not covered by a valid license.

3. VERSION SCOPE

Each license grants access to a specific major version of the Software

(e.g., v1.x). Access to subsequent major versions (e.g., v2.x) requires

a separate license or upgrade purchase.

4. UPDATES

Minor and patch updates within the licensed major version are included at

no additional cost for the duration of the license.

5. SUPPORT

Support is provided through the official channels listed in the documentation.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR

IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL MAZER DEV BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER

LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING

FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER

DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

8. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically

if the licensee fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions.

Upon termination, the licensee must cease all use and destroy all copies

of the Software.
