automatically flag deprecations ready for removal #77

By looking up in NEWS the date of the version from the was deprecated in version 666 warning text from deprecated commands, and comparing to todays date with os.date and os.difftime somewhere in spec_helpers.lua, it should be straight forward to have a Specl pending example start succeeding when a deprecation is ready for removal.
