Description
LocalSend defines its application shortcuts using LogicalKeySet.
On Linux, when Num Lock is enabled, Flutter includes the Num Lock state when matching a LogicalKeySet. Because LogicalKeySet requires an exact key-set match, shortcuts such as Ctrl+V and Ctrl+Q may not match.
