lob_python.exceptions.ApiValueError: Invalid value for dpv_inactive_reason (00), must be one of ['01', '02', '03', '04', '05', '06', '']

We've been intermittently seeing this error when trying to verify addresses. According to our investigation, there's a mismatch between Lob's API and python schema defined here that's causing this issue

We've addressed a work around on our side (skipping Lob's validation) but figure this is something the lob team should be aware of to address!
