Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Today gitstream pipelines stop working without any reason, without any change.
Describe the solution you'd like
There's should be a STATUS PAGE like https://www.githubstatus.com/ where I can quickly see if GitStream is facing a problem right now. I didn't find in the documentation.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I had to disable gitstream for a while until it becomes available again.
