  1. silence harmless missing event field warnings from Mastodon stream 

    The Mastodon server periodically sends keepalive messages without an
event field, causing on_abort to log a WARNING every ~15 seconds and
flooding the logs. Downgrade these to DEBUG since they are benign.

  2. add fedi.buzz firehose listener, dedupe posts by uri across streams 

    - stream https://fedi.buzz/api/v1/streaming/public alongside the own
  instance stream and bluesky (new platform: fedibuzz, on by default)
- dedupe by ActivityPub uri since status ids are instance-local
- guard shared state with a lock (three listener threads write now)
- extract story threading into resolve_story_root/save_matched_post,
  keyword matching now case-insensitive on all platforms
- ignore empty SSE events instead of aborting the stream
