UI Tweak: Brighten the BLS Periodogram neon cyan line #1

Right now, the Matplotlib plot in the Sensor Plots tab uses a standard cyan colour. It would look much better if we swapped the hex code out for a higher-intensity neon colour like #00ffff to match the sci-fi HUD theme.
