How to insert a predefinied string by a shortcut? #3369

I am starting with Lapce.

How to insert a string like "# ~~" with a short cut like "ctrl l"? Any other letter unused in an existing shortcut is welcome.

Here is the current configuration used with Neovim :

vim.keymap.set('i', '', '# ~~', { noremap = true, silent = true })

With Lapce, no request of modal editor.
