Issue description

If I check the checkbox "BMP file format (color)"

(Settings (gear wheel) -> Screen -> Cover image -> Save cover image - Size, background and format -> BMP file format (color))

and restart KOReader, the checkbox is unchecked again.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '...'
  3. Scroll down to '...'
  4. See error
