agent-proxy-statusandrig-consoleread Codex's quota windows by their reported length, not their position.- Codex now sends its weekly window as "primary" (10080 minutes) and a 0-minute "secondary": it has no 5-hour limit. Every Codex account showed 5h = 100% (red in the console) and weekly = 0%; it now shows no 5-hour reading and the real weekly figure. The older shape (no window lengths) is read as before.
- An account that has used up a window but has credits is shown as on credits (
in usein the table, "on credits" in the console's info colour), never red or "over" at any reading, and stays eligible. The console shows the status tool's ownover_limit, which dispatch and recovery read. A used-up Codex window with credits reported as none is over its limit. --jsonaddsshort_window_minutes,weekly_window_minutes,has_credits,credits_unlimitedandon_credits; the table gains a credits column.- The console's Pool and Home account panels show how many accounts run on credits (a cost signal), and the Pool lists them.
