Remove constructor in C++ mode due to ODR violation

The C++ sugar for some reason includes a constructor introduced in https://github.com/json-parser/json-parser/commit/8e2270b72eb67a8396618d6e1d2e815a842e425d but this results in ODR violations and also prevents people from initializing the struct using designated initializers. It needs to be removed.
