After enabling more tests with indy, the following test started to fail in CI. I have been unable to reproduce this failure in any local environment and I have no theories as to why it happens:
1) Failure:
TestM17NComb#test_str_squeeze [/home/runner/work/jruby/jruby/test/mri/ruby/test_m17n_comb.rb:1200]:
"".force_encoding("ASCII-8BIT").squeeze("\x80".force_encoding("EUC-JP")).
[ArgumentError, Encoding::CompatibilityError] expected but nothing was raised.
The strings created for this test are created the same way in both indy and non-indy modes (using an invokedynamic Bootstrap.string call). I have no leads on this but need to get master running green in CI so I'm going to conditionally exclude this when indy is enabled and try to figure it out for a future release.
