macOS: Camera not detected, permission error? #799

Description:

Meet does not recognize camera on M2 macbook pro with MacOS Ventura.
No camera is shown in settings, Jitsi does not register for camera in MacOS settings (no jitsi is seen under Camera in settings)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open settings
2. Click on 'Video'

Expected behavior:

camera(s) should be detected, internal and external

Actual behavior:

no device is shown
