Windows 10 alt-tab problem #67

how to reproduce issue

I run https://github.com/marginallyclever/robot-overlord-app which uses jinput 2.0.9 from maven:

	<dependency>
		<groupId>net.java.jinput</groupId>
		<artifactId>jinput</artifactId>
		<version>2.0.9</version>
	</dependency>

with focus on the main window, I press alt-tab.
using any method, return focus to the main window.

problem

tab is not being pressed. polling says tab is still pressed. no obvious way to tell it is lying.

workaround

tapping the tab key again fixes the problem.

desired outcome

no workaround! fix the state of the key when focus regained.

note

may be happening for other keys, cannot confirm. have not tested with right-alt, only left-alt.
