No events received on Windows 10

Can print controller names but not receiving any events.

I am getting events from keyboard and mouse on Windows 10. It's a little confusing when using the test program, as I get several windows for the keyboard, and several for the mouse, . Only one mouse window and one keyboard window gets events. So, maybe one controller of multiple for the same device is actually getting events. Just need to find the right one.
