Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch IINA.
2. Open a DVD ISO or NRG disc image containing multiple TV episodes and an interactive disc menu.
3. Wait for playback to begin.

Expected Behavior

When opening a DVD ISO or NRG image, IINA should first display the disc’s main menu instead of immediately starting video playback.

Many DVD disc images contain multiple TV episodes, bonus content, and navigation options that are only accessible through the original disc menu. Users should be able to interact with this menu, select an episode, and navigate the disc just as they would when using a physical DVD.

Instead, IINA should preserve the original disc navigation experience, similar to dedicated DVD playback software such as PowerDVD.

Actual Behavior

When opening a DVD ISO or NRG disc image, IINA skips the original DVD menu and immediately begins playing the first episode, and ONLY the first episode is accessible, while the remaining episodes cannot be selected because the interactive disc menu never appears.

The same DVD ISO and NRG images work correctly in PowerDVD, where the original disc menu is displayed and all episodes can be selected normally.
