   On a first start that error is normal: visor_abci_state.json points to saved state, and a new node doesn't have any yet. The node downloads state from a peer and writes the file afterwards. Your log shows it connecting to an abci stream right after, which is the download starting. Give it 10 to 30 minutes without restarting. If it keeps failing, it's the peer and timeout problem from #143. After the first successful sync, back the file up so later restarts load local state instead of downloading again.
