Instructions on how to build tfm
--------------------------------

1. Build resiprocate and ares
cd sip
make

2. Ensure that boost is installed: 
- on linux fc3 you can simply install: 
ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/fedora/core/updates/testing/3/i386/boost-1.32.0-6.fc3.i386.rpm
ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/fedora/core/updates/testing/3/i386/boost-devel-1.32.0-6.fc3.i386.rpm

3. Build Netxx
cd sip/contrib/Netxx-0.3.2
perl configure.pl --contrib --disable-examples
make

4. Build cppunit
cd sip/contrib/cppunit
./configure
make

Note: contrib/loki doesn't need to be compiled - just templates
