Ensure that build can be resumed if the editor disconnects / reconnects #13
Description
- GABE should be able to continue a started build when the editor goes into the background (disconnects), and resumes (reconnects).
- The editor should be able to query the current status of the build, and retrieve all the build outputs when it resumes / reconnects to a started build.
