## Fixes Or Enhances

Fixes #1167.

Adds English default translations for `startswith`, `endswith`,
`startsnotwith`, and `endsnotwith`, plus test coverage for the
translated messages.

## Fixes Or Enhances

Fixes #1602.

The `fqdn` validator limited each individual label to 63 characters but
did not enforce the 255-octet DNS wire-format limit for the complete
name. As a result, syntactically valid labels could be repeated until
the resulting domain exceeded the maximum DNS name length.

This change rejects FQDNs whose presentation form exceeds 253
characters, excluding the optional trailing root dot. It preserves
support for a 254-character absolute FQDN when the final character is
the root dot.

Boundary tests cover valid and invalid names both with and without the
trailing dot.

Validation performed:

English defaults for `max-items`, `lte-items`, and `lte-string` used "at
maximum", which is unidiomatic. They now use "at most", matching the
existing "at least" wording used by min/gte and the language already
used in `doc.go` for max string length ("at most").

`max-string` already uses the correct phrase "a maximum of" and is left
unchanged.

The same sibling scope (max-items together with related upper-bound item
messages) has landed before in translation work such as #1250 for
Japanese.

`Summary`

These paths were shipped but never exercised by tests:

- startsnotwith/endsnotwith tags (present since [Add validators that
check if string does not start/end with supplied parameter
#f3b347c](f3b347c))
had 0% coverage despite being documented in README.
- RegisterStructValidationMapRules, a public API for overriding struct
tags via a rules map, had no test at all - registration, per-field tag
override, fallback to the struct's own tag, deep-copy isolation from the
caller's map, pointer-type registration, and non-struct types being
silently ignored were all unverified.
- isGt/isGte/isLt/isLte/hasLengthOf only tested their float64 branch.
The identical float32 case switch was dead to coverage.

`Result`

- package coverage 95.6% -> 96.8%, all eight targeted functions now at
100%. No production code changed.

## Fixes Or Enhances

Fixes #663.

Clarifies the `fieldexcludes` documentation to match the current
implementation:

- the parameter names another struct field;
- validation checks that the current field's string value does not
contain that field's value;
- validation succeeds when the referenced field cannot be resolved;
- the package documentation now uses the registered `fieldexcludes` tag
instead of the nonexistent `excludesfield` spelling.

No runtime behavior or public API changes.

## Summary

Adds default validation error translations for Armenian (`hy`).

The translations use modern Eastern Armenian with a neutral, formal UI
style. Field names are kept in quotation marks and used in constructions
such as `«{0}» դաշտը ...` so translated or technical field names do not
need Armenian case suffixes.

- Armenian translations for all validation tags currently present in
`translations/en/en.go`
- Type-specific messages for strings, numbers, collections, and
date/time values
- Armenian cardinal plural registrations for character and item counts

# Fixes

`golangci-lint` has been pinned to the latest version. The latest
version added `exhaustruct_v5` which is an upgrade from `exhaustruct`
that we have disabled.
