Feature Description
I have an SSL certificate that requires EAB credentials to use ACME. As far as I can tell, there is nowhere in the configuration to input these credentials. We'd need 2 new settings called, f.ex., ACME_EAB_KID and ACME_EAB_HMAC in the app.ini file.
Most CAs use those so I can't imagine I'm the only one needing this.
