Branch character in API path docs does not match Regex implementation #11

Describe the bug

Documentation indicates API paths use the colon character : to indicate a branch (eg: @github/owner/repo:branch/file.csv)

However, implementation in the Regex uses a hash character: @github/nicolaszimmer/gitdb-data#dev/comma.json

To Reproduce

Use the linter with the following path: @github/owner/repo:branch/file.csv: it does not parse.

Expected behavior

Documentation and implementation should match (whichever of the two is correct is up to you).
