Description
The lockfile statistics scan (discussion #66276) found that
pr-sous-chef.lock.ymlis the only one of 93create_discussion-emitting workflows whose discussion category could not be resolved — both the JSON config path and the regex fallback failed (safe_outputs_config_missing: 1). Every other workflow resolved cleanly (79 audits, 5 announcements, 2 artifacts, 2 dev, 2 research, 1 general, 1 daily-news).Expected Impact
Fixes a silent compiler/config gap for the one outlier workflow and hardens the category-resolution fallback so a single malformed or edge-case frontmatter doesn't go unnoticed again.
