Additional notes for reviewers
The plugin is an Agent Plugins 1.0 manifest, a
mcp.jsonpointing at the hosted upAPI MCP server (https://app.upapi.io/api/mcp, Streamable HTTP) and no skills (the server's tools are self-describing throughsearch_tools). It has no scripts, hooks or local servers. Sign-in is OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration, so there is no API key to enter.Affiliation: upAPI is a hosted service run by Devino Solutions, which also maintains this plugin. The plugin is MIT licensed; using it needs a upAPI account, and what the agent can do depends on the user's plan and the scopes they approve. The README covers setup and limitations and links only to docs, privacy, terms and support.
Checked locally with Copilot CLI 1.0.91:
vally lintpasses, and the plugin installs from an ephemeral marketplace entry pinned to this ref and sha, after whichcopilot mcp get upapilists the server.Submission checklist
