Updated FsToolkit.ErrorHandling to 5.*
5.0 merged `FsToolkit.ErrorHandling.TaskResult` into the main package, which is not published past `4.18.0` any more, so the projects reference only `FsToolkit.ErrorHandling`. The release notes list it as a breaking change: the packages now bring FsToolkit.ErrorHandling 5 to their consumers, whose own `FsToolkit.ErrorHandling.TaskResult` reference would duplicate `taskResult`.
