Description

The solution is fsprojects/Paket#3307

Known workarounds

Use DOTNET_SYSTEM_NET_HTTP_USESOCKETSHTTPHANDLER=false.

Related information

Does not happen with dotnet-fake as it still is published as netcore20 app.
