feat(projects): add Qemik with the capsules style, random Orbit picks, bump 0.47.0
Qemik, a native QEMU desktop for Windows, joins the projects in a new "capsules" style after capsules.moyra.co: a giant wordmark in a rounded hero card, a floating Menu pill, a paragraph that inks in with scroll, a screenshot that grows to full screen behind a moving wordmark, stacking machine cards with details drawers, a "Why Qemik?*" marquee, draggable settings cards and a gradient wordmark footer, all in Qemik's own greens. Every "Get Qemik" opens the repository's GitHub Releases. The optional machine wizard downloads a real Qemik configuration built from VmConfig.Template, so Preferences > Import configuration turns it into a machine; the file was checked against Qemik's own import, validation and settings save. Screenshots come from Qemik's README and headless UI tests, with none that show local user paths; the blueprint window is rendered at 2x. The Orbit homepage now shows a random four of the pinned projects on each visit, drawn after hydration so the prerendered HTML stays stable.
