  1. Replace dead omniref.com link with GitHub source 

    Omniref has shut down. Point to the same method.h at the Ruby 2.2.0 tag,
at the VM_METHOD_TYPE_ATTRSET and VM_METHOD_TYPE_IVAR lines.
