about order_expiry #87

When I place a limit order with order_expiry=int((time.time() + 60 * 5) * 1000), it works.
But when I place a limit order with order_expiry=int((time.time() + 60 * 4) * 1000), it fails silently.

What's the constrain for order_expiry?
