pi-heed — runtime constraints for Pi: stop agents from forgetting what you told them #9747

I built pi-heed:

It keeps track of constraints you give Pi, like:

• “don’t modify files”
• “don’t touch tests”
• “don’t add dependencies”
• “never call the production API”

Then it checks side-effecting tool calls before they run.

Simple cases use deterministic rules; free-text constraints use TypeSafe Jev.

It defaults to shadow mode, fails open on errors/timeouts, and never restarts the agent by itself.
