Please public release of DotDevelop for Windows (zip-archive or msi). #157

I wanted to see what the DotDeveloper is like, I did not find any reviews or installers.

Some time ago, I tried installing MonoDevelopWin from Catarus.

But the installer has a bug. It doesn't find #GTK when installing.
