rewrite nodebase in flutter #13

target to support multiple platforms

• first step: Android + Windows
• then Linux
• MacOSX
• iOS (maybe delegate mode)
• Web (delegate mode)

discard most kotlin code, use dart instead

Android:

• running process as foreground service
• full process manipulation
