  1. * ContainerAdapter renamed to ObjectAdapter. 

    * ObjectAdapter.set no longer invalidates sub-containers. These will fail
  naturally if the set value is not compatible with existing containers.
* All adapters spawned by an ObjectAdapter now use their container's get method
  to retrieve their own value. This makes them "live" and allowed for the
  removal of the accessor code.
